Over the past few weeks I've been working closely with one of my local real estate clients helping him generate LEADS for his Sudbury real estate business.

While spending some time with Terry I realized that a lot of first time Sudbury home buyers are sitting on the fence trying to decide if they should buy a house in Sudbury or just rent an apartment. To tell you the truth I’ve owned my home for so long and I’m really not that up to speed when it comes to renting VS owning your house. With Sudbury apartments priced in the $850-$1500 range I know what I would do. Everything being equal I would definitely consider buying my own apartment. Throw in the low interest rates, no land transfer tax and the government energy grants and I really don’t think there is a better time to own your first home.
